viral marketing - company pay people to say positive impression about product in chatroom or blog etc.. is it ethical?? complaints.com is a big negative board of "word of mouth"
IMC(Integrated Marketing Communication) - all promotion mix should say same message
push strategy - toward wholesaler&retailer / pull strategy - toward consumer to go store&ask
interactive marketing program - both consumer&seller gather each other's info from one website
